F4E has been requested by the ITER Organization to nominate candidates who could be invited by the ITER Organization to respond to different Calls described below.

Candidates must be established in the territory of a Member of F4E (EU Member States) and must have work experience and a recognised level of expertise, competence and references in the study field.

The tenderer must provide details demonstrating their knowledge and experience in the required subject, including a description of how they propose to carry out the work/deliverables in accordance with the technical specification.

The Evaluation Committee shall evaluate the information provided in the bidder’s technical proposal in relation to the key criteria areas. No other criteria will be used.

EURATOM is the ITER Member and the withdrawal of the UK from EURATOM leads to the fact that UK is not anymore party to the ITER project. Until the 31 December 2020, current end date of the transition period, UK entities retain the right to participate in IO procurement procedures.

The ITER Organization intends to launch an Open Tender process in the coming weeks, in accordance with the details provided in the attached Prior Indicative Notice (PIN) summary and (Annex I).

The advance notification is to alert companies, institutions or other eligible entities to the forth-coming tender, and provide information to promote healthy competition, allowing interested parties time to decide whether to participate in the tender or not.
