F4E organizes in its premises in Barcelona an Information Day (market survey follow-up) the 27th June 2019 from 09h30 till 17h00. It includes a general session followed by parallel individual meetings between F4E and economic operators interested in tendering the forthcoming Remote Handling Connectors Call for Tender.

11h40: F4E explanation on 1 to 1 meetings

12h00: 1st batch of parallel 1 to 1 meetings (30 min each)

13h00: lunch

14h00-17h00: other 1 to 1 meetings.

Economic operators are expected to prepare a 15 minutes presentation about their engineering/design capabilities (high focus) and manufacturing capabilities.

Due to logistical constraints:

- We limit to 2 people per operator or 3 per grouping of operators.

- Priority is given to operators that had already answered the previously published survey (F4E Industry Portal, the 11th February 2019).

- Access will also be granted after confirmation by F4E to additional operators answering from now on the survey HERE (in chronological order).
