Fusion for Energy (F4E) is organising an information day in Barcelona on April 14th 2011 (The venue is still to be defined but it will certainly be in the vicinity of F4E’s premises). The aim of the information day is to present the EU Remote Handling Procurement Packages, providing a general overview of the relevant technical requirements, the procurement strategy, the applicable F4E financial rules and scheduling.

Companies are kindly asked to read carefully all the documents provided and confirm their attendance by March 21st 2011 at the latest.
In case you cannot attend the information day, please be informed that all the presentations made together with any other relevant information provided at the meeting will be published on our Industry portal by the end of April 2011.
Regardless of the fact that you are going to participate to the information day, you are also kindly asked to fill-in, on behalf of your company, the online questionnaire available HERE, which would help us out to define the European Industry mapping for Remote Handling. The outcomes of the questionnaire together with the Industry mapping will be published on the F4E industry portal by May 15th 2011 at the latest. The questionnaire will be available online until April 20th 2011.
