Fusion for Energy (F4E) is currently a party to and/or will be a party to contracts that might be partially or entirely governed by French regulatory law. Therefore, the contracts with law firms having a background and extensive experience on French regulatory law, as well as knowledge of French legal system, in both — commercial and public law — areas, with emphasis on contract and construction law have been signed. The legal services will consist in assisting F4E in complying with the requirements under the French regulatory law whenever applicable to its contracts, before signature and/or during their implementation, including contract amendments and other type of agreements. Note that litigation and pre-litigation services are outside the scope of these contracts.
