Being a supply contract where the components to be procured are purely for the purpose of research (below the thresholds referred to in Article 175(1) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046), the choice for the use of a negotiated procedure with one tenderer is in accordance with Article 89d F4E FR.
