Execution of required R&D, preparatory design and preliminary design based on selected design solution and system level design (SLD) of ITER diagnostics divertor cassette remote handling connector (RHC). The purpose of the RHC is to introduce a dismountable remote handling connection between the diagnostics divertor cassette cabling and the in-vessel cabling in the lower ports of the Tokamak.
