The consultant is expected to support F4E and to provide expertise in managing major claims, amendments and variations. The consultancy services are expected to be requested in order to prevent or solve conflictual situations which might lead to major claims or contract amendments and are mostly generated by changes/variations to the baseline contract or defective products. The services will be mainly provided in the area of construction FIDIC contracts.
