The consultant is expected to support F4E and to provide expertise in managing claims, amendments and variations. The consultancy services are expected to be requested in order to prevent or solve conflict situations which might lead to claims or contract amendments and are mostly generated by changes/variations to the baseline contract. The services will be mainly provided in the area of construction FIDIC contracts.
