Provision of services for the proof of the TBM-sets fabrication and assembly processes feasibility, focused mainly on:

(i) consolidation of welding processes and related technologies for manufacturing of EUROFER97 structures and components;

(ii) development of preliminary welding procedure specifications (pWPS) and assembly procedures for the TBMs manifold area, addressing local and global aspects;

(iii) development and adaptation, if necessary, of the fabrication processes (pWPS) for the WCLL TBM sub-components and TBM box structures and;

(iv) determination of the manufacturing processes and assembly sequence for the TBM-shield.
