The scope of supply comprises the manufacture of

— 10 cryopump units each comprising

• panels, Chevron baffles and base plates;

• supply and return lines surrounded by a thermal shield;

• supports including fasteners;

• heaters and associated cables;

• temperature sensors and associated cables;

— custom tools and fixtures for transport and for installation of the cryopump units at the QST site Set of spares required for disassembly and assembly (e.g. replaceable components like screws, nuts, washers, thermometers, cables);

— documentation;

— packaging, transportation and delivery of the components to the QST site in Naka, Japan.
