Provision of services for the proof of the TBM-sets fabrication and assembly processes feasibility, focused mainly on:

(i) consolidation of welding processes and related technologies for manufacturing of EUROFER97 structures and components,

(ii) development of preliminary welding procedure specifications (pWPS) and assembly procedures for the TBMs manifold area, addressing local and global aspects,

(iii) development and adaptation, if necessary, of the fabrication processes (pWPS) for the WCLL TBM sub-components and TBM box structures, and

(iv) determination of the manufacturing processes and assembly sequence for the TBM-shield.
