The scope of the contract is the provision of the following EDM system support and maintenance services on time and means basis:

— management of EDM projects,

— consultancy of Industrial and Design processes including their best practices,

— implementation and configuration of ENOVIA SMARTEAM including, without limitation, workflow, Multi-CAD Integration, document management, Bill of Material (BoM) management,

— programming and customisation of ENOVIA SMARTEAM modules,

— management of CATIA V5 to the level required to support a PLM/PDM implementation.
