The scope of the contract is the provision of the following EDM system support and maintenance services on time and means basis:

— management of EDM projects;

— consultancy of industrial and design processes including their best practices;

— implementation and configuration of ENOVIA SmarTeam including, without limitation, workflow, multi-CAD integration, document management, bill of material (BoM) management;

— programming and customisation of ENOVIA SmarTeam modules;

— management of CATIA V5 to the level required to support a PLM/PDM implementation.
