Personal data protection

Fusion for Energy processes the personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EC) 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18th December 2000 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies, and on the free movement of such data. The purpose of the processing, legal basis, rights of the data subjects, recipients and other aspects of the personal data processing in Fusion for Energy are provided in the Specific Privacy Notice.
