Please note that the updated Invitation to Tender (ITT) is now available for downloading on EU Supply. The main changes are:

1. Simplified and clarified wording for the technical capacity selection criteria, in particular for Criterion 1 (Past Projects) which was revised considerably. 
2. Criterion 2 (Access to Facilities) and Criterion 3 (Required Staff CVs) were also revised, but only on the requirement of presenting past joint projects when the tenderer is relying on a subcontractor to fulfil the criterion (I.e., only one project, instead of two, is now needed for criterion 2 & this requirement for past joint projects is removed for criterion 3).
3. Please make sure to use the revised ITT Annex 15 (“Annex_15_Technical Capacity Assessment Form_39JBSP_v1.1.docx”) that includes the above-mentioned changes to selection criteria 1 and 2.
4. A new section 7.4.1, titled 'Payments to Compensate Bidders in the Context of a Reopening of Competition,' has been added to the ITT. This section allows F4E to decide on making payments to compensate bidders for their efforts in preparing task offers during future reopening of competition for awarding of the Specific Contracts.
5. Finally, the current Step 1 (Selection Phase) submission deadline is revised from 06/12/2024 (16:00) to the new deadline of 15/01/2025 (16:00).
