F4E publishes a procedure for a value between 15.000 and 143.000 euros. 

The subject matter of the Contract is to:
- procure 1 new 7-seats service vehicle and associated services
- trade-in of 1 F4E service vehicle

The maximum ceiling amount for this Contract is < 85 KEUR.

Technical documents for information: The tender documents will be sent to pre-selected candidates and all the interested candidates who have expressed their interest.

Minimum number of candidates to be invited: A minimum of 5 candidates will be invited to submit a proposal. Only candidates from F4E Member States1 will be invited.

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are listed under Art. 138 of the Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2024/2509 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 September 2024 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union (recast), https://industryportal.f4e.europa.eu/IP_PAGES/keyreference.aspx.

Indicative selection criteria (only the final selection criteria indicated in the Invitation to tender will be taken into account for the selection of successful tenderers). Successful candidates shall:
1) have an average consolidated turnover for the last 2 (two) financial years for which accounts have been closed equal or larger than EUR 150 000
2) have at least 5 years of activity similar (in scope and complexity) to the needs of the contract preceding the tender submission deadline
3) Have a network consisting of at least 50 aftersales service and maintenance centres in Spain and at least 50 in France

Indicative schedule for the procedure:
- Indicative date to launch the call: January 2026
- Indicative date for contract signature: March 2026
