Fusion for Energy (F4E) has the pleasure to announce the launch of its first Supply Chain Excellence Award to recognize the value of European companies making the EU’s contribution to fusion possible.

Why does it matter?

Europe’s fusion supply chain numbers over 3,000 companies across 23 Member States. The Award sets a standard of excellence, attracts new entrants, and delivers on Industrial Policy Objectives — a concrete, visible way to value the industry building Europe’s fusion future.

What it is?	A non-monetary recognition programme celebrating outstanding contributions to the European fusion supply chain.
Who can apply?	Any current or former F4E contractor, subcontractor or technology / development partner — primes, SMEs and subcontractors alike.
Categories	Five categories: Excellence in Delivery, Innovation Pioneer, Sustainability Champion, SME Rising Star, Collaborative Partnership.
Cost / prize	Free to enter; non-monetary — recognition, visibility and business value.
How to apply?	By email to supply-chain-award@f4e.europa.eu, against published criteria, with a mandatory F4E Project Manager endorsement.
Deadline	The call for application will be open from 15^th of July to 15^th of September 2026.
Ceremony	Big Science Business Forum 2026 (BSBF), Maastricht Netherlands, 27^th to 30^th of October 2026.
